REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6269
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR A SEPARATE SCHOOL DIVISION FOR THE SECOND REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, there shall be a separate school division for the Second Representative District of the Province of Leyte. The office of the superintendent of schools shall be in the Municipality of Burauen, Province of Leyte. cdt
SECTION 2. The Director of Public Schools shall reorganize said division in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 3. Such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. aisa dc
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
