WHEREAS, it will be necessary to effect changes in the structure of the government in view of the projected amendments to the Constitution; acd
WHEREAS, it is my desire to have the necessary studies and other work done, for the guidance or use of those who may be finally called to propose or approve the reorganization of the government;
WHEREAS, the Administrative Code likewise needs to be amended; cd i
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, hereby direct that the foregoing studies and work be done by the officers or offices named above. The Presidential Adviser on Civil Service and Government Reorganization shall coordinate the work envisioned.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 10th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-One.
