Conduct of Annual Physical Inventory of Philippine Mediation Center Properties
OCA Circular No. 113-2022 mandates that Clerks of Court at stations with Philippine Mediation Center (PMC) units conduct an annual physical inventory of PMC properties. This directive, stemming from a resolution by the Court En Banc, aligns with the Government Accounting Manual's requirement for periodic property counts. Inventory must be conducted as of December 31 each year, with results documented using the specified RPCPPE form, which must be signed by the Executive Judge. Completed forms should be submitted both in hard and soft copies to the designated office at the Supreme Court. Compliance with these directives is required.
