Comprehensive Survey and Assessment by the ABA ROLI of the Equipment Needs of the Courts Concerned
OCA Circular No. 37-10, issued on March 12, 2010, directs all judges and clerks of first-level courts in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) to support a comprehensive survey by the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI). This initiative, funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID), aims to assess the equipment and furnishing needs of courts in the provinces of Basilan, Maguindanao, Lanao del Sur, Sulu, and Tawi Tawi. Atty. Suharto Mastura Ambolodto will conduct the assessment, and full cooperation from court personnel is required. This initiative seeks to enhance the functionality of the judicial system in the specified regions.

The American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) through support from the US Agency for International Development (USAID) will provide assistance to all first level courts in the provinces of Basilan, Maguindanao, Lanao del Sur, Sulu and Tawi Tawi in the form of equipment and furnishings.
In connection therewith, the ABA ROLI through its representative, Atty. Suharto Mastura Ambolodto will visit your courts to conduct a comprehensive survey and assessment of the existing facilities in your courts to determine your needs.
You are hereby directed to give your full support and cooperation to Atty. Ambolodto.
