Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated June 9, 2009
"A.M. No. 09-5-10-SC-PHILJA (Re: BOT Resolution No. 09-13 approving PMCO EXECOM Resolution No. 09-2009, dated May 5, 2009, recommending the re-accreditation of Atty. Quintin Sia III from Tacloban City, Leyte). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the PHILJA Board of Trustees, to APPROVE the re-accreditation of Atty. Quintin Sia III from Tacloban City, Leyte, as mediator, effective for a period of two (2) years from November 2, 2009 until November 1, 2011."
