Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated July 5, 2011, which reads as follows: AECacT
"A.M. No. 10-4-10-SC-PHILJA (Re: BOT Resolution No. 10-13 Approving the Investment of the Amount of One Hundred Million Pesos [P100,000,000.00] from the SC-PHILJA Mediation Trust Fund in Treasury Bills with the Land Bank of the Philippines). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the PHILJA Board of Trustees, to APPROVE the roll over for another year of the amount of One Hundred Million Pesos (P100,000,000.00), together with the interest earned from the investment of the SC-PHILJA Mediation Trust Fund in Treasury Bills with the Land Bank of the Philippines."
