GENERAL ORDER NO. 3
AWARDING THE DISTINGUISHED SERVICE STAR TO CAPTAIN BONNER F. FELLERS, COAST ARTILLERY CORPS, U.S. ARMY
1. For outstanding service to the Commonwealth of the Philippines, in positions of responsibility and importance, there is hereby awarded to Captain Bonner F. Fellers, Coast Artillery Corps, United States Army the Distinguished Service Star of the Philippines. As the first Commandant of the Reserve Officers Service School of the Philippine Army, his services have been characterized by unusual and noteworthy efficiency and professional attainment. In the discharge of his duties as Liaison Officer he has shown tact and good judgment and a high order of ability professionally. His accomplishments in these important positions have been of great benefit to the Commonwealth Government and a source of gratification to the Commander-in-Chief
