MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 11
AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION OF CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE (CES) OFFICERS, ELIGIBLES, AND ON-STREAM CANDIDATES FOR CES ELIGIBILITY IN THE 49TH FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY AND 2022 CES LIFELONG LEARNING FOR LEADERSHIP CONGRESS
The Career Executive Service Board will hold the 49th Founding Anniversary and 2022 CES Lifelong Learning for Leadership Congress from 22 to 25 November 2022 at the Philippine International Convention Center, Pasay City, with the theme "RebounCES: Bounce Back Better."
In view thereof, all CES officers, eligibles, and on-stream candidates for CES eligibility are authorized to attend the 49th Founding Anniversary and CES Congress on official time, to the extent that will not impair the operations of their respective offices and the delivery of essential services to the public.
Expenses to be incurred by the participants shall be allowed at prescribed rates, in accordance with the existing policies of the Department of Budget and Management and the Commission on Audit.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
DONE in the City of Manila, Philippines, this 2nd day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Two.
