Authorizing Participation in the Career Executive Service (CES) Congress
Memorandum Circular No. 81, dated November 9, 2020, authorizes participation in the Career Executive Service (CES) Lifelong Learning for Leadership Congress, scheduled for November 24-27, 2020. The theme for this year's congress is "Thriving Leadership: Spirit-Led Stewardship towards the Better Normal." All CES officers, eligibles, and on-stream candidates are permitted to attend during official time, provided it does not disrupt their office operations or essential public services. Participants will be reimbursed for expenses in accordance with existing policies from the Department of Budget and Management and the Commission on Audit. This circular is effective immediately.

MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 81
AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE (CES) CONGRESS
The Career Executive Service Board will conduct the CES Lifelong Learning for Leadership Congress through virtual platform on 24-27 November 2020.
This year's theme is "Thriving Leadership: Spirit-Led Stewardship towards the Better Normal."
In view thereof, all CES officers, eligibles and eligibility on-stream candidates are hereby authorized to attend the Congress on official time, to the extent that will not impair the operations of their respective offices and the delivery of essential services to the public.
Expenses to be incurred by the participants shall be allowed at prescribed rates, in accordance with the existing policies of the Department of Budget and Management and the Commission on Audit.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
