Authorizing Participation in the Career Executive Service (CES) Congress
Memorandum Circular No. 91, issued on October 22, 2021, authorizes participation in the Career Executive Service (CES) Lifelong Learning for Leadership Congress, taking place virtually from November 9 to 12, 2021. The theme for this year's Congress is "Resilience 4.0: Courage, Agility and Future-Ready Leadership." MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 91
AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE (CES) CONGRESS
The Career Executive Service Board will conduct the CES Lifelong Learning for Leadership Congress through virtual platform on 09-12 November 2021.
This year's theme is "Resilience 4.0: Courage, Agility and Future-Ready Leadership."
In view thereof, all CES officers, eligibles and eligibility on-stream candidates are authorized to attend the CES Congress on official time, to the extent that will not impair the operations of their respective offices in the delivery of essential services to the public.
Expenses to be incurred by the participants shall be allowed at prescribed rates, in accordance with the existing policies of the Department of Budget and Management and the Commission on Audit.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
DONE in the City of Manila, Philippines, this 22nd day of October, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-One.
