REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9329
AN ACT RENAMING THE WHOLE STRETCH OF ROAD STARTING FROM THE JUNCTION OF BARANGAY BAGONG SIKAT INCLUDING LIBORO STREET UP TO BARANGAY CAMINAWIT PIER IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO AS BISHOP FELIX Y. MANALO AVENUE
SECTION 1. In recognition of the eminent and spiritual services of the late Bishop Felix Y. Manalo, religious founder of the Iglesia Ni Cristo, the whole stretch of road starting from the Junction of Barangay Bagong Sikat up to Barangay Caminawit Pier in the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Occidental Mindoro is hereby renamed as Bishop Felix Y. Manalo Avenue. benchCDTA
SECTION 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways is hereby instructed to place the appropriate markers along Bishop Felix Y. Manalo Avenue. ITDHSE
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law on August 8, 2004 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27(1) of the Constitution.
