REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11847
AN ACT NAMING THE ROAD LEADING TO THE BOHOL-PANGLAO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, STRETCHING FROM BARANGAY LOURDES UP TO BARANGAY TAWALA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANGLAO, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, AS GOVERNOR CONSTANCIO CHATTO TORRALBA ROAD
SECTION 1. The road leading to the Bohol-Panglao International Airport, stretching from Barangay Lourdes up to Barangay Tawala in the Municipality of Panglao, Province of Bohol, comprising a total distance of 3.68 kilometers, is hereby named as Governor Constancio Chatto Torralba Road.
SECTION 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders, and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act within sixty (60) days from its effectivity.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

Lapsed into law on June 18, 2022 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
