Conversion of Panglao Island Circumferential Road in Tagbilaran City into a National Road
Republic Act No. 9345, approved on June 5, 2006, designates the Panglao Island Circumferential Road, along with the Ambassador Pablo Suarez Bridge in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, as a national road. The road spans approximately 37 kilometers and is aimed at improving transportation in the area. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways is tasked with issuing the necessary regulations for implementation. This Act takes effect upon its approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9345
AN ACT CONVERTING THE PANGLAO ISLAND CIRCUMFERENTIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PANGLAO AND DAUIS, INCLUDING THE AMBASSADOR PABLO SUAREZ BRIDGE IN SITIO UBOS-TOTULAN, TAGBILARAN CITY, PROVINCE OF BOHOL INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Panglao Island Circumferential Road in the municipalities of Panglao and Dauis, including the Ambassador Pablo Suarez Bridge in Sitio Ubos-Totulan, Tagbilaran City, Province of Bohol, consisting of 37 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
