REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10018
AN ACT CONVERTING THE MARIPIPI ISLAND CIRCUMFERENTIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIPIPI, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Maripipi Island Circumferential Road in the Municipality of Maripipi, Province of Biliran is hereby converted into a national road. IASEca
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
