REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6093
AN ACT CONVERTING MARIPIPI NATIONAL CERAMICS SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIPIPI, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, INTO A COMPREHENSIVE NATIONAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS MARIPIPI COMPREHENSIVE NATIONAL SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. Maripipi National Ceramics School in the Municipality of Maripipi, Province of Leyte, is hereby converted into a comprehensive national school to be known as Maripipi Comprehensive National School effective upon availability of funds. Comprehensive curriculum, which will include both academic and vocational courses, shall be offered. cd i
SECTION 2. In addition to the present appropriation for Maripipi National Ceramics School, the additional sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of Maripipi Comprehensive National School during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, the sums necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
