REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9965
AN ACT RENAMING THE BACACA ROAD WHICH CONNECTS J.P. LAUREL STREET AND CARLOS P. GARCIA HIGHWAY THAT LEADS TO DAVAO CITY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AS FRANCISCO S. DIZON ROAD
SECTION 1. The Bacaca Road which connects J.P. Laurel Street and Carlos P. Garcia Highway that leads to Davao City International Airport shall hereinafter be known as Francisco S. Dizon Road.
SECTION 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act. SEAHID
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
