An Act Establishing a National High School in Barangay Panuran, Municipality of Lambunao, Province of Iloilo to be Known as the Panuran National High School and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 8878, enacted on August 22, 2000, establishes the Panuran National High School in Barangay Panuran, Municipality of Lambunao, Province of Iloilo. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8878
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY PANURAN, MUNICIPALITY OF LAMBUNAO, PROVINCE OF ILOILO TO BE KNOWN AS THE PANURAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a national high school in Barangay Panuran, Municipality of Lambunao, Province of Iloilo to be known as the Panuran National High School. IcSHTA
SECTION 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. TAHCEc
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
