REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8877
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY ILONGBUKID, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN RAFAEL, PROVINCE OF ILOILO TO BE KNOWN AS THE ILONGBUKID NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Ilongbukid, Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Iloilo to be known as the Ilongbukid National High school.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. HcSaTI
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
