An Act Converting the Rizal Provincial Road in the Municipality of Rizal, Province of Kalinga into a National Road and Providing Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 9327, enacted on August 8, 2004, converts the Rizal Provincial Road in the Municipality of Rizal, Kalinga, into a national road. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is tasked with its supervision and is required to include the road's improvement, maintenance, and repair in its program. Funding for these activities will be allocated in the annual General Appropriations Act. The law took effect upon its approval and lapsed into law without the President's signature, as per the Constitution.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE RIZAL PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL, PROVINCE OF KALINGA INTO A NATIONAL ROAD AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Rizal Provincial Road in the Municipality of Rizal, Province of Kalinga is hereby converted into a national road under the supervision of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the DPWH shall include in its program the improvement, maintenance and repair of the said road, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. benchCDTA
