An Act Converting the Lubuagan-Batong Buhay Provincial Road in the Municipality of Lubuagan, Province of Kalinga into a National Road and Providing Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 9328, enacted on August 8, 2004, converts the Lubuagan-Batong Buhay Provincial Road in Kalinga into a national road. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is tasked with its supervision, including its improvement, maintenance, and repair, which will be funded through the annual General Appropriations Act. The Act took effect upon its approval and lapsed into law without the President's signature, in accordance with the Constitution.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE LUBUAGAN-BATONG BUHAY PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUBUAGAN, PROVINCE OF KALINGA INTO A NATIONAL ROAD AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Lubuagan-Batong Buhay Provincial Road in the Municipality of Lubuagan, Province of Kalinga is hereby converted into a national road under the supervision of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). ASHICc
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the DPWH shall include in its program the improvement, maintenance and repair of the said road, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. benchCDTA
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
