REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9326

AN ACT CONVERTING THE BULO PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK, PROVINCE OF KALINGA INTO A NATIONAL ROAD AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. The Bulo Provincial Road in the Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga is hereby converted into a national road under the supervision of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

SECTION 2. The Secretary of the DPWH shall include in its program the improvement, maintenance and repair of the said road, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. benchCDTA
