REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10139
AN ACT CONVERTING THE CONGRESSIONAL ROAD IN NORTH CALOOCAN CITY INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The congressional road in North Caloocan City is hereby converted into a national road. cITAaD
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
