REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10100
AN ACT CONVERTING THE DUMAGUETE CITY — VALENCIA — BACONG PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Dumaguete City — Valencia — Bacong Provincial Road in the Province of Negros Oriental is hereby converted into a national road. DCcAIS
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
