REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9715
AN ACT CONVERTING THE BAGAC-MARIVELES ROAD IN THE PROVINCE OF BATAAN INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Bagac-Mariveles Road in the Province of Bataan is hereby converted into a national road.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
