REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9802
AN ACT CONVERTING THE SILAY-LANTAWAN ROAD IN THE CITY OF SILAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Silay-Lantawan Road in the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental is hereby converted into a national road. TDCaSE
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
