An Act Converting Anitapan High School Annex of Barangay Anitapan, Municipality of Mabini, Compostela Valley Province, into Anitapan National High School and Providing Appropriate Funds Therefor

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8923
AN ACT CONVERTING ANITAPAN HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX OF BARANGAY ANITAPAN, MUNICIPALITY OF MABINI, COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE, INTO ANITAPAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND PROVIDING APPROPRIATE FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Anitapan High School Annex of Barangay Anitapan, Municipality of Mabini, Compostela Valley Province shall be converted into and known as Anitapan National High School under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS).
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. TAEcSC
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
