An Act Converting the Araibo High School Annex of Barangay Araibo, Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley Province into the Araibo National High School and Providing Appropriate Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 8925, enacted on August 22, 2000, converts the Araibo High School Annex in Barangay Araibo, Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley Province, into the Araibo National High School. The school will operate under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS). Funding for this conversion will be provided in the General Appropriations Act of the year following the law's enactment. The Act takes effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on March 19, 2001.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8925
AN ACT CONVERTING THE ARAIBO HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX OF BARANGAY ARAIBO, MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE INTO THE ARAIBO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND PROVIDING APPROPRIATE FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Araibo High School Annex of Barangay Araibo, Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley Province shall be converted into and known as the Araibo National High School under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS).
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. caIACE
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
