An Act Converting Mainit-Reinermann High School of Barangay Mainit, Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley Province into a National High School to be Known as Mainit National High School and Providing Appropriate Funds Therefor

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8924
AN ACT CONVERTING MAINIT-REINERMANN HIGH SCHOOL OF BARANGAY MAINIT, MUNICIPALITY OF NABUNTURAN, COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS MAINIT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND PROVIDING APPROPRIATE FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Mainit-Reinermann High School of Barangay Mainit, Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley Province shall be converted into a national high school to be known as Mainit National High School under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS).
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. IcaEDC
