Republic Act No. 3328, enacted on June 18, 1961, amends an earlier law to establish a national agricultural school under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools in the municipalities of Pagbilao, Tayabas, Mauban, and Lucban in Quezon Province. The site for the school will be designated on public land within these municipalities, as determined by the Director of Public Schools in consultation with the Director of Lands. This Act took effect immediately upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on May 14, 1962.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3328

AN ACT AMENDING SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED EIGHTEEN HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE

SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Eighteen hundred ninety-five is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a national agricultural school in any of the following municipalities: Pagbilao, Tayabas, Mauban, and Lucban, Province of Quezon. The site for the said institution shall be in a public land of any of said municipalities, which is hereby set aside for this purpose, to be determined by the said Director in consultation with the Director of Lands."

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
