Establishment of Eastern Bontoc National Agricultural and Vocational High School in Barlig, Mountain Province
Republic Act No. 4444, enacted on June 19, 1965, establishes the Eastern Bontoc National Agricultural and Vocational High School in Barlig, Mountain Province, under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education. The law authorizes the President to allocate public land necessary for the school's establishment and its agricultural operations. An initial funding of one hundred thousand pesos is allocated from the National Treasury for the school's establishment, with future funding to be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Act takes effect upon its approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4444
AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL AND VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF BARLIG, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, TO BE KNOWN AS EASTERN BONTOC NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL AND VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a national agricultural and vocational high school in the Municipal District of Barlig, Mountain Province, to be known as Eastern Bontoc National Agricultural and Vocational High School.
SECTION 2. Upon recommendation of the Director of Vocational Education, the President of the Philippines shall set aside and reserve such portions of the public lands located within the Municipal District of Barlig, Mountain Province, as may be necessary and convenient for the establishment of the school and its farm sites.
SECTION 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said school for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Thereafter, the necessary sums for said purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
