| SUBJECT | : | Amendment to Office Order No. 178, Series of 2007 ("Authorizing the Two (2) Deputy Chief Public Attorneys to Sign the Travel Authority of PAO Officials and Employees Intending to Travel Abroad Not Exceeding Thirty (30) Days") |
In the interest of the service, and considering the observation that previous requests for authority to travel were submitted late by the requesting parties, thereby giving not enough time for the office to process the same, Office Order No. 178, Series of 2007 dated December 19, 2007, paragraph three (3) thereof is hereby amended to read as follows:
. . . "All applications for authority to travel shall be filed THIRTY (30) DAYS before the intended travel except in emergency and exceptional circumstances" . . .
Let all concerned be furnished with a copy of this Order for their information and guidance.
