Amendment to DA Administrative Order No. 12 and No. 26, Series of 2004
DA Administrative Order No. 05-07, issued on January 26, 2007, amends previous orders regarding export clearances and fees in compliance with Executive Order No. 554. This order eliminates regulatory fees for export clearances, inspections, permits, and other documentation related to the export of plants and plant products, as prescribed under earlier administrative orders. However, the Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) will still require necessary certificates and clearances to ensure compliance with the International Plant Protection Convention and the Plant Quarantine Law. The order takes effect fifteen days after publication in the Official Gazette or a widely circulated newspaper.

DA ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 05-07
| SUBJECT | : | Amendment to DA Administrative Order No. 12 and No. 26, Series of 2004 In Compliance to Executive Order No. 554 Series of 2006 |
Pursuant to pertinent Sections of Executive Order No. 554, eliminating the fees and charges imposed on export clearances, inspections, permits, certificates, and other documentation requirements, the BPI regulatory fees for export as prescribed under Administrative Order No. 12 and 26, series of 2004 are hereby eliminated.
In keeping with International Plant Protection Convention and pursuant to Presidential Decree 1433 (Plant Quarantine Law), the BPI, notwithstanding the elimination of the fees and charges, shall continue to require the necessary certificates and/or clearances to export plants and plant products and other materials capable of harboring plant pests. This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette or in one (1) newspaper of general circulation.
