| SUBJECT | : | Amendment to Department Order No. 1 Series of 2016 on the Guidelines for the Implementation of the 2016 Summer Youth Internship Program (SYIP)/Government Internship Program (GIP) in the Department of Agriculture |
In the interest of the service, Department Order No. 1 series of 2016 dated February 24, 2016 is hereby amended to adjust the wage of participants in the Summer Youth Internship Program (SYIP)/Government Internship Program (GIP) in the Department of Agriculture (DA) from P409 to P430.82 per day. This is in consonance with the implementation of Executive Order No. 201 dated February 19, 2016 modifying the salary schedule for civilian government personnel.
This order shall take effect immediately.
All other provisions of Department Order No. 1 series of 2016 remain the same.
