LEB Memorandum Order (LEBMO) No. 11-17Other Rules and Procedures

LEB Memorandum Order No. 11-17, issued on April 20, 2017, provides additional transition provisions for the Philippine Law Admission Test (PhiLSAT), especially for applicants who were unable to take the exam on April 16, 2017, due to justifiable reasons, including inclement weather. It allows for conditional admission and enrollment in law schools for the First Semester of AY 2017-2018, contingent upon the applicant taking the next scheduled PhiLSAT and meeting specified criteria. If a student fails to take the next PhiLSAT or does not achieve the passing score, their conditional status will be revoked, and they will not be eligible for a refund of any fees paid. Applications for conditional admission must be submitted by July 31, 2017, accompanied by a fee, and are subject to approval by the Chairman of the Legal Education Board.
