Additional Positions of Asst. Provincial Fiscal in Samar
Republic Act No. 4813, enacted on June 18, 1966, amends the Administrative Code to increase the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Samar from the previous count to a total of thirteen. This change is reflected in Section 1674 of the Administrative Code. The Act is effective upon its approval. It was subsequently published in the Official Gazette on January 27, 1969.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4813
AN ACT CREATING THREE ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF SAMAR, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED
SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Samar, is further amended to read as follows: cdt
"Samar, thirteen assistant provincial fiscals;"
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
