REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2660
AN ACT CREATING THREE ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF SAMAR, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED
SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative of the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Samar, is amended to read as follows: cd
"Samar, ten assistant provincial fiscals;"
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
