Virtual Roundtable Series for the Judiciary on Intellectual Property Issues and Case Management
The OCA Circular No. 187-2020 invites all judges handling commercial cases in the Philippines to participate in a "Virtual Roundtable Series for the Judiciary on Intellectual Property Issues and Case Management." This series, organized by ASEAN and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, consists of nine sessions scheduled from November 30 to December 16, 2020. All judges handling commercial cases are invited to attend the "Virtual Roundtable Series for the Judiciary on Intellectual Property Issues and Case Management" via Webex organized by the Association of South East Asian Nations and the United States Patent and Trademark Office Global Intellectual Property Academy.
The Roundtable Series, which will have nine (9) sessions, will be held on 30 November to 2 December, 7 to 9 December, and 14 to 16 December 2020. All sessions will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Bangkok time (8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Philippine time). The program for the Roundtable Series is herewith attached.
