Use of the Official PJ365 Accounts
The OCA Circular No. 92-2022 mandates that all first and second level courts in the Philippines utilize only their official PJ365 accounts for the electronic reception and processing of pleadings and court papers. This directive aims to enhance the security and privacy of sensitive information, in light of the Philippines' grey-listing status. Court officials, including justices, judges, and clerks, must adhere strictly to this policy as outlined in the En Banc Resolution dated March 15, 2022. The circular emphasizes the importance of following these guidelines to maintain the integrity of court operations.
