RE: REQUEST FOR SPECIFIC MEASURES TO ADDRESS THE ACTION PLAN ITEMS RELATED TO THE SUPREME COURT IN VIEW OF THE GREY-LISTING OF THE PHILIPPINES
NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames:
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution datedMARCH 15, 2022, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 21-10-04-SC (Re: Request for Specific Measures to Address the Action Plan Items Related to the Supreme Court in View of the Grey-Listing of the Philippines). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Management Information Systems Office, to CONSIDER as COMPLIED WITH the request of the Anti-Money Laundering Council for the creation of a secure facility for direct electronic or physical filing of applications for bank inquiry (BI), petitions for freeze orders (FO) and for civil forfeiture (CF), and criminal cases for terrorism financing (TF) and money laundering (ML), through the provision of official PJ365 accounts which is being utilized by all courts to securely receive pleadings and court papers filed electronically. In connection therewith, the Court Resolved to REMIND ALL justices, judges, clerks of court, branch clerks of court, court officials and employees that only the official PJ365 accounts issued to them shall be utilized for the reception and processing of all pleadings and other court papers electronically filed before their courts to ensure the security and privacy of information."
