NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames:
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated July 12, 2011, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 2008-15-SC (Re: Theft of the Used Galvanized Iron Sheets in the SC Compound, Baguio City). — Acting on the Motion for Reconsideration (of the Per Curiam Resolution of May 31, 2011) dated June 27, 2011 filed by Advin E. Tugas, the Court Resolved to DENY WITH FINALITY the said motion for reconsideration as the basic issues raised therein have been passed upon by this Court and no substantial matters were raised to warrant the reversal of the questioned Resolution."
