Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated January 17, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 2007-17-SC (Re: Unauthorized Disposal of Unnecessary and Scrap Materials in the Supreme Court Baguio Compound and the Irregularity on the Bundy Cards of Some Personnel Therein). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of Administrative Services, to DENY the request of Mr. Oscar M.
