REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8360
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY TALINGTING, MUNICIPALITY OF CARLES, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TALINGTING NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Talingting, Municipality of Carles, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the Talingting National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act. aisadc
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
