Conversion of Iloilo City High School in Iloilo City Into a National High School
Batas Pambansa Blg. 499, enacted on June 10, 1983, converts the Iloilo City High School into a national high school, now known as the Iloilo City National High School. The school will continue to receive funding from local sources and national aid for the current fiscal year, with future funding to be allocated in subsequent General Appropriations Acts. The law took effect immediately upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 16, 1984.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE ILOILO CITY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE CITY ILOILO INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE ILOILO CITY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The Iloilo City High School in the City of Iloilo is converted into a national high school to be known as the Iloilo City National High School. asia dc
SECTION 2. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
