Conversion of Iloilo High School in Iloilo City Into a National High School
Batas Pambansa Blg. 307, enacted on November 14, 1982, converts Iloilo High School in Iloilo City into a national high school, now named Iloilo National High School. The initial funding of one hundred thousand pesos for the school's operation will come from the appropriations under Batas Pambansa Blg. 131, with the local government required to contribute to its costs. Future operational expenses will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Act took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on December 19, 1983.

BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 307
AN ACT CONVERTING ILOILO HIGH SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF ILOILO INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ILOILO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The Iloilo High School in the City of Iloilo is converted into a national school, to be known as the Iloilo National High School.
SECTION 2. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter, the amounts needed for its operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. acd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
