BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 424
AN ACT CONVERTING THE BINGGAWAN COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BINGGAWAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS BINGGAWAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The Binggawan Community High School in the Municipality of Binggawan, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Binggawan National High School.
SECTION 2. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby directed to take the necessary steps for the conversion, operation and immediate implementation of this Act.
SECTION 3. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
