Conversion of Dingle Community High School in Dingle, Iloilo, Into a National High School
Batas Pambansa Blg. 422, enacted on June 10, 1983, converts the Dingle Community High School in Iloilo into the Dingle National High School. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports is tasked with overseeing the conversion and operation of the school. Funding for its current fiscal year will come from local resources, with future funding to be outlined in upcoming General Appropriations Acts. The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 2, 1984.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE DINGLE COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINGLE, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE DINGLE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The Dingle Community High School in the Municipality of Dingle, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Dingle National High School.
SECTION 2. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby directed to take the necessary steps for the conversion and operation of said school and immediate implementation of this Act.
SECTION 3. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
