MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 41
In view of the organized transport strike, and in order to minimize the inconvenience to the riding public, classes in public and private schools at all levels in Metro Manila, are hereby suspended effective 2:00 PM today, 19 March 2018. HEITAD
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
