For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the First Division dated 15 December 2010, in Administrative Case No. 7907, entitled "Spouses Virgilio and Angelina Aranda vs. Atty. Emmanuel F. Elayda," to wit: EaCDAT
"WHEREFORE, the resolution of the IBP Board of Governors approving and adopting the Decision of the Investigating Commissioner is hereby AFFIRMED. Accordingly, respondent ATTY. EMMANUEL F. ELAYDA is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS, with a stern warning that a repetition of the same or similar act will be dealt with more severely."
