For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the First Division dated 22 September 2010, in Administrative Case No. 6089 entitled, "Atty. Benjamin E. Contreras vs. Atty. Benito B. Nate", to wit: IHSTDE
"The Court further resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Resolution No. XVIII-2005-168 dated 17 December 2005 and Resolution No. XVIII-2008-674 dated 11 December 2008 which suspended respondent from the practice of law for six months and denied the motion for reconsideration, respectively."
