For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Third Division dated 21 July 2009, in Administrative Case No. 8252, entitled "Natividad Uy vs. Atty. Braulio RG Tansinsin", to wit: caIACE
"WHEREFORE, the resolution of the IBP Board of Governors is hereby AFFIRMED. Accordingly, respondent ATTY. BRAULIO RG TANSINSIN is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS, with a stern warning that a repetition of the same or similar wrongdoing will be dealt with more severely."
The Court, in a Resolution dated 18 October 2010, further DENIED with FINALITY the respondent's motion for reconsideration for lack of merit. Respondent received the resolution dated 18 October 2010 denying his motion for reconsideration on 22 November 2010 per Registry Return Receipt No. 3766.
